Leanne is a dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience as a theatre
nurse, collaborating closely with some of Scotland’s leading surgeons. Leanne’s journey has
been marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for precision, which led her to
pursue an advanced mastery-level training in aesthetics under the guidance of Dr. Tim
Pearce at SkinViva. Smooth Dimensions was established in 2017, driven by Leanne’s innate eye for facial detail and an unwavering dedication to enhancing natural beauty.

Leanne now shares her knowledge and expertise through teaching aesthetics to other medics at the Manchester Skinviva clinic and Academy.

Beyond her clinical work, Leanne is also a consciousness coach who trained under the
esteemed Dr. Shefali Tsabary. This training uniquely equips her to fuse Western psychology
with Eastern philosophy, enabling her to address not only external beauty but also the
deeper connections to self-worth. Leanne’s aim is to reduce the reliance on unnecessary
treatments by guiding individuals to foster a genuine sense of self-esteem. This holistic
approach aligns with her conviction that true beauty emerges from within, making a lasting
impact on how we perceive ourselves and our well-being.

Sarah Hunter
Director & Skin Therapist

Sarah, our esteemed HR Partner and Director since 2020. Leveraging her expertise in startups and scale-up environments, Sarah has been an instrumental driving force in propelling our clinic to new heights. With a keen interest in beauty herself, she has seamlessly expanded her skill set by undergoing training to become a sought-after Skin Therapist in bespoke skin consultations, Skinpen, facials, brow and lash treatments. Sarah’s dedication to honing her craft is a testament to her commitment to excellence. Additionally, she shines as one of our skilled HydraFacial specialists, enhancing our patients radiant transformations. Sarah’s multifaceted role and unwavering passion are a testament to her dynamic contributions to both our team and the remarkable journeys we create for our patients.

Ashleigh Hanlon
Aesthetic Practitioner

Registered with the NMC and a RCUK faculty member, Ashleigh started her nursing career in Australia in 2010 and has over a decade of experience in theatres, working in both the NHS and private sectors. Before moving to Edinburgh five years ago, she spent eight years working in Melbourne’s top operating theatres with some of Australia’s leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons, which ignited her interest in aesthetic medicine and led her to pursue postgraduate qualifications in advanced nursing practice.

Ashleigh recently completed her aesthetics training with clinic director, Leanne, and shares her holistic approach to aesthetics. She believes in caring for the whole person, aiming for natural and balanced results that enhance her clients’ unique features. With a strong medical background, safety and evidence-based practice are always her top priorities. Ashleigh tailors each treatment plan to meet her clients’ individual goals, ensuring personalised care.
